This house in Lake County caught fire in October of 2013. We worked closely with the Insurance Company and the Homeowner to take care of the Fire Restoration to the inside & outside of the house. Within a few months the Homeowners were very satisfied with their home and moved back in.
This was a job that we removed the old windows and installed new Pella Windows.
This is an addition that we built on to the homeowner's house.
Homeowners hired us to take their main living spaces from being closed in to an open concept living space. We removed the existing walls between the front entrance, kitchen, dining and living areas then added a vaulted ceiling. An entrance door was moved and a closet was added to the space. Also, crown molding was added to match the cabinetry in the area. We removed a Skylight in the Master Bedroom and created a vaulted ceiling then remodeled the Master Bath. New Pella Windows & Doors were added. All interior doors and trim were replaced throughout the home.
This house caught fire in April of 2014. Working with the Homeowner and their Insurance Company, we were able to rebuild the home. A new roof had to be put on, reframing, new windows and doors, all new drywall and paint, new floors were added, new siding and a new front porch area.
